All DIDs intended for SMS/MMS must be registered and assigned to a campaign. Following recent updates from The Campaign Registry (TCR), our underlying carriers are now blocking all traffic from unregistered 10DLC numbers.
- This website is intended to be used to register SMS Brands and campaigns for users of Switchvox Cloud, SIPStation, and CommUnity.
- Business Voice customers should register Business Voice campaigns here.
- First time users to this portal will need to register. This is a separate portal from your administrative portal, do not use existing Admin credentials.
A company administrator will need to register an account and provide credit card information for any Brands and Campaigns that need to be registered.
